If for any reason a participant of our PALS exams becomes dissatisfied prior to completing the exam, they may request a refund and receive a full and immediate reimbursement. We are unable to offer refunds to individuals who have received their digital provider cards. Once a refund has been processed, the individual will receive an email from Authorize.net letting them know the transaction has taken place.

If a participant requests a refund for any of the study products sold on our site and is able to return the item in the same condition it was received, we will have no issue in reimbursing the entire cost of the item minus the shipping charges. We strive for excellence in every aspect of business and customer satisfaction is a critical part of our success. We do however understand that there are situations that require specialized attention from staff members. In addition, we require all participants who purchase our exams or products to allow our staff an opportunity to resolve in any issues which arise.

Our web-based testing provides practitioners the opportunity of earning a provider card without needing to participate in any hands-on skills assessment. It is the sole responsibility of individuals who are considering online certification to investigate with their organization or employer to verify they accept this form of certification.

Our organization forgoes responsibility of any actions performed by individuals who have passed either of our exams. We strongly suggest all individuals who complete our exams also attend in-person PALS training courses which are facilitated by the American Heart Association.

Examples of actions include but are not limited to; incompetence, injury, or loss of life that result from contact with any child, infant, or person. In addition, by purchasing our PALS certification or PALS recertification exam, you are accepting total responsibility for all current and future actions and will hold no liability to Westlake Critical Center through Online Emergency Services Training and PALSCertificationCourse.com whatsoever. By purchasing either PALS certification or PALS recertification, you accept all terms and conditions stated on this page.
